HS-250D-PS full automatic peel-seal pocket envelope making machine adopts the foreign advanced technology. Its head adopts air-suction bottom feeding system ensuring the automatic feeding of non-stop operation of the equipment ,with a stable and reliable air-suction separator, The equipment is provided with the folder unit for the air-suction roller for the stable production in a high-speed state. Automatic rotary sizing unit make the uniform glue spread and any forms of glue lines, Automatic paper cutting system can adjust the length of paper freely during running. The tape sticking system is provided with a cluth. It's also provided with automatic feeding and counting functions ,It's featured by easy and stable operation ,which can create better economic performance for customers.
The seam of envelope can be made at the middle or at the side, besides the small flap can be under the big flap, or above the big flap.
This machine also apply silicone tape on the end flap of the pocket envelope, and fold the seal flap to close the envelope. Standard glue is pressure-sensitive adhesive. And double-sided tape can be used directly. The hot-melt glue is also available, but customers need pay for the hot melt adhesive system.
