Adopping automatic feeder, so that the feeding ,laminating ,separating can totally inline for laminating job.
The paper overlapping use servo -motor control , when operating the machine just need to set the paper length on touch screen, the machine can run automaticlly , the overlap precision is about ±2mm.
The heating roller is use heat transfer oil, the temprature meter is inside the oil, not touch the roller surface, so it can show the accurate temprature.
Adop the jogger for collecting the paper, after pneumatic separating paper can collect well with the vibrating table ,no need extra people for collection. Stacker is also available.
Use pneumatic pressure, and easier for usual maintanance.
The back panel use import and taiwan productc, to make sure the stable for running the machine.
Use the anti-curve device for thin paper, make sure the thin paper after laminating is not decline and difficult for paper collection.
The film loading is using the air shaft ,easy loading , the film winding use pneumatic brake which have very stable tension.
