This machine is mainly used for making different kind of food paper bag and
non-standard paper bag with M-side and flat bottom. It can make flat bottom paper bags
in one process from roll paper, perforating, side gluing, tube forming & cutting,
snapping and bottom folding to bag collection.This machine in the control of 7 Boschh
Rexroth servo motors (imported from Germany) with PLC system, and man-machine
interface. Bag length can be adjusted through the touch screen. Machine with high
precision and stability, simple maintenance and high efficiency, and can do double layer
flat bottom paper bag .
This machine is the revolutionary substitute for the out-dated machine with techs
of cutting by rotating knife, which makes the top of bags uneven and unregular
because tubes cut by the impact force of its rotation knife.

Main configuration
I. Paper feeding & Web correction system
1. Paper roll holding rack is equipped with hydraulic system, so that it can be moved up
& down and thus one person is able to change the paper roll freely.
·Expansion shaft is of Taiwan brand
·Equipped with the pneumatic cylinder
·Tension control system is Tecmac of the famous Chinese brand.
2. Web correction device is equipped to ensure the straightness of the paper delivery and
thus to guarantee the accuracy of bags making process.
II. Automation control system and main electric components
1. PLC touch-screen system is applied to ensure the convenient adjustment of paper
bags' size, and with featured of easy operation and high accuracy.
·Servo motors, moving control units, full-color touch screen, driving units, input &
output VPN, motion & feedback cables are all Boschh Rexroth, imported from Germany.
·Photocells are of SICK imported from Germany.

IV. Auxiliary equipment
1. Auto error detection
The machine will stop automatically in case of unexpected things happen, to utmost
avoid the loss. This function is in accordance with the Boschh Rexroth system, and SICK
photocell.
2. Auto refueling system
It refuels the mechanical parts automatically when machine running, to ensure the good
lubrication for gears in each part, and thus to maintain the sound performance of the
machine.

Process of production:
process of production: Roll paper → perforating→ side gluing → side folding →
snapping → bottom folding → finish
this machine perforates the paper first before folding the tube, and then snap the tube to
separate before bottom folding. This is same as European machines.
